DESCRIPTION:City officials will hold two public workshops to discuss proposed ordinance changes. The discussion is expected to focus primarily on the rental program since it has involved the most questions from the public.\nThe workshop will immediately follow the City Council meeting, which begins at 6 p.m.\nThis is the first of the two workshops.
