Free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
No appointment, identification, or health insurance necessary. Participants will be asked to give their name, birth date, and zip code.
A gift card will be presented to each individual who is at least 12 years old and receiving a COVID-19 vaccine at this site. Participants will receive $50 for a one-dose vaccine or $25 per dose for a two-dose vaccine. Incentives are provided through an Iowa Department of Public Health grant to United Way of Iowa and are available while funds last.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Individuals 18 years old and older will have the option of receiving a Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine; individuals ages 12-18 will receive the Pfizer vaccine. First and second doses available.
