The City of Nevada’s Snow Emergency will AUTOMATICALLY be in effect whenever 1 inch or more of snow has fallen.
Application for Residential Fence Permit
- Allowed to be built on property lines
- Maximum of 6′ tall in backyard
- 30″ tall in front year (front of house to street)
- Framed fences shall have framing towards owner’s yard
