Parks and Recreation Board
The City of Nevada Parks and Recreation Board creates the rules and planning for all of the city Parks, the cemetery,, the Aquatic Center, and other recreational facilities, as well as deciding on future recreational developments. The Board’s duties also include managing of programs and activities. Parks and Recreation Board Members may be contacted through City Hall.
Parks and Recreation Board meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, 5:15 p.m.
Parks and Recreation Board members are MAYOR APPOINTED and serve 5-year terms.
