Lincoln Highway re-opens

A silver truck with a driver giving a thumbs up as the first one to drive through the re-opened intersection of 6th and Lincolnway.

Barricades were moved this morning as Lincoln Highway between 5th and 7th streets re-opened to traffic.

Construction continues on 6th Street north of Lincoln Highway.
