About YOU
How long have you been involved in housing development? This is the first single-family residential development we have been a part of.
What is your own professional background? Agriculture. Our family farms and feeds livestock.
Others who are working with you on this project and their titles? My brother, Eric Henry, is the other partner in this development. BJ Stokesbary and ATI Group have been the Development Manager for this project and have done an outstanding job.

Who else is substantially involved in the process or development (other businesses)? We worked with local contractors On Track Construction, Con-Struct, and Huber Grading.
Where, in the community, is your project? Northwest corner of the City of Nevada limits
How many housing units will this project provide? 33 lots as platted
What type of housing does this project provide? Single family residential
What do you feel is special about the location of your housing? The north side of Nevada has not seen new housing units built for some time. With a newly constructed pond, a future walking path, and easy access to S14, this development will be a great place to call home!
What population(s) is best served by the housing you are providing? Those seeking entry-level homes
What do you love about having a business/project in the City of Nevada? What makes this a desirable community for people to live in? I have grown up in Nevada and lived here nearly all my life. It is a wonderful community with numerous amenities and great resources that fly “under the radar” given our proximity to Ames. Providing an opportunity for more families to come and experience what a great place Nevada is to live and raise a family is exciting for my brother and I.
What else would you like to share about your housing/project? We will have a few spec homes going up in the near future, but are also willing to work with families wanting to build a custom home or work with a specific builder.
