Freedom Run 5K & 10K

The 10th annual Story County Freedom Run will again feature a 5k and 10k option, followed by a pancake breakfast courtesy of Farmhouse Catering. This event has raised over $30,000 for local veteran causes over the last decade. It is the second race in the RUN Nevada Race Series 2023, beginning and ending at the east end of Score Park.

June 24, 2023 Schedule of Events:

7:30am: Packet pick-up begins at SCORE Park (1545 Fawcett Pkwy, Nevada, IA)

8:00am: 10k begins

8:30am: 5k begins

Immediately following the races: Medals presented to the top race finishers plus a pancake breakfast provided by Farmhouse Catering
