The Nevada Public Safety Department and the Alcoholic Beverage Division take the selling and supplying of tobacco products to minors very seriously. On Saturday, Nov. 26, the Nevada Public Safety Department conducted a Tobacco Compliance Check for businesses that have a license to sell tobacco products.
The Nevada PSD would like to congratulate all six businesses that sell these products in Nevada as they were all found to be in compliance.
The businesses are:
Hy-Vee Dollar Fresh, 1622 Fawcett Pkwy
Casey’s General Store, 1136 Lincoln Highway
Casey’s General Store, 1800 South B Avenue
Dollar General, 1705 South B Avenue
Fareway, 1505 South B Avenue
Good and Quick, 519 Lincoln Highway
