Nevada Mayor Brett Barker presented retiring Public Safety Director Ric Martinez with a commemorative plaque for his more than two decades of service and leadership to the Public Safety Department and the City of Nevada, IA. The presentation was made during a public farewell reception for Martinez on Monday, Dec. 11.
