These maps of the US 30/S-14 Flyover Project have been shared by the Iowa Department of Transportation.
The DOT reports some delays from utility relocations but says it’s too early to tell what the impact of those delays will be. The original plan was to have all traffic in new lanes by end of 2023 (meaning: while other work may continue as far as final grading, seeding, erosion control, and so forth, the roads will be open to traffic in their final configuration. So, no temporary connections, detour pavement, shifted lanes, just the actual new lanes).
