The City of Nevada’s Snow Emergency will AUTOMATICALLY be in effect whenever 1 inch or more of snow has fallen. The City does not send out notices for Snow Emergencies. Residents need to be weather-aware and prepared for snow. If snow is in the forecast, be proactive and move your vehicles off City streets to avoid getting a ticket.
