Mobile Food Vendors

The City of Nevada has many events and places where mobile food vendors are welcome!

To Ordinance 1024, Chapter 48 was added to the City’s Code, laying out the rules and regulations for mobile food vendors.

The Nevada Fire Department is responsible for inspecting all mobile food vendors that operate in the City of Nevada. This is an annual inspection, and along with it is an annual inspection fee of $50. Once paid, the vendor is good to operate in Nevada City limits for a full year.
