Jordan Gibson, an employee at the City’s Waste Water Treatment Facility, has passed his Grade 2 Wastewater Treatment Exam. This earns Gibson the title of a “Regular,” allowing him IDNR approval to make operational changes when necessary. Gibson was hired by the City in September of 2024.
