The Nevada Parks and Rec Department plans to carry out the prescribed prairie burn on the trail loop at the west side of Nevada on Tuesday, April 8, wind and weather conditions permitting.
Country Landscapes will carry out the work, which is expected to begin around late morning and go through late afternoon. During this work, the trail loop will be closed to the public.
