Union Pacific will be closing the train crossing at 11th Street and E Avenue starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, August 25. Both lanes will be closed until the crossing is replaced. It is estimated to be done on August 29.
Both the 19th Street and 8th Street crossings will be open.
