What is your job at FFAC? How many years have you done this job? I’m a lifeguard this is my first year.
What do you enjoy most about your summer job? Being outside and working with my friends
What else do you enjoy doing in the summer months? I enjoy volleyball and basketball open gyms, weight lifting, and hanging out with my friends.
What’s the most important thing you learned in your training for this job? CPR
Do you have a favorite item at the concession stand? Ice cream sandwiches
What is your favorite lifeguard station? I like the bottom of the slides because then I get to see all the kids’ smiles as they come down the slide. Their smiles make me happy.
What do you say to kids most often when you’re working? I say “walk” a lot.
FFAC is in its 20th season of operation – do you think it’s still a great place to enjoy time? Yes, because it gives people jobs. Also, there are many kids and camps that come, and they all have fun.
