The Nevada Parks and Recreation Department offers programs for all ages which include aquatics, sports, social/cultural, wellness, instructional, and special events. Nevada Parks and Recreation is also responsible for operating and maintaining the Nevada Field House, various city parks, SCORE Recreation/Athletic Complex, Fawcett Family Aquatic Center, Pavilion, and Cemetery.
The Nevada Parks and Recreation offices are located at the Nevada Field House, 1625 Fawcett Parkway. Office hours are generally 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our staff is often busy with outside duties/jobs, so if you need to come in and speak with someone, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment. Call 515-382-4352, and if we do not answer, leave a message, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
