Water and Sewer Hookup

To start utility service or receive utility billing information please visit the City Administrative Offices at 1209 6th Street, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A 48-hour advance notice is required from customers prior to moving in or out of a residence so required readings can be acquired. In addition to the 48-hour notice when customers move in, it is also a requirement to pay a customer deposit and complete a water/sewer registration/application.

Please note you will have to verify your identity in person at City Hall.

If this is an application by an existing or former customer or occupant, the customer agrees that any balance due to the city by the customer or other occupant at the address or other occupant at the same address on a previous or existing water and sewer account will be added to the bill for the new service which the customer agrees to pay.
