If you have experienced damage to your home from the rain and flooding events, please follow the link to our
Code Violations
Chapter 95.04 – Discharge of surface water, roof drains or sump pumps to the sanitary sewer is prohibited.
Chapter 97.03, 97.04 restricted discharges to the sanitary sewer of untreatable or toxic substances.
