Nevada Central Business District (CBD) Infrastructure Improvements Project

Below is the illustration showing the proposed Phasing Map for the Nevada CBD Project. Please note this phasing is somewhat fluid and may change going forward. For instance, Phases 2 and 3 may be flipped due to the need to get underground work (sewer and water services) in place in the street prior to closing the alleys. There are water mains in all right-of-ways, including the alleys. In this project, water main will only be constructed in the street right-of-ways. Along 6th Street and the side streets, some buildings are served from the street side mains and others from the alleys. While we’ve made a great effort to identify water and sewer service locations, there are still some that unknown. Only digging will tell for sure.
